🕒 Return Window
You can return any item purchased from Just Mark within 7 days of receiving your order.
✅ What Can Be Returned
All items—including apparel, footwear, bags, and accessories—can be returned, as long as they meet the following conditions:
- The item is unworn, unused, and in its original condition
- All original tags, labels, and packaging are intact
- The item is free from signs of wear, perfume, or damage
🚫 What Cannot Be Returned
- Items returned after the 7-day window
- Products that have been used, worn, washed, or altered
- Items without original packaging or tags
💬 How to Return
- Email us at support@justmark.net within 7 days of delivery.
- Provide your order number, product name, and reason for return.
- We’ll guide you through the return process—whether returning it in-store or via courier.
💳 Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item.
📦 Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or incorrect.
