2. Orders & Payments

  • All prices are listed in AED and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
  • We accept secure online payments through major credit/debit cards and authorized payment gateways.
  • Orders are confirmed only after successful payment processing.
  • You will receive an order confirmation email upon successful checkout.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • We offer delivery across the UAE and selected regions in the Middle East.
  • Standard delivery time within the UAE is 1 business day.
  • Delivery times for other regions may vary depending on location and courier service.
  • Just Mark is not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics providers.

4. Returns & Refunds

  • You may return any item within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Returned items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
  • To initiate a return, please contact support@justmark.net with your order number and reason for return.
  • Once the returned item is received and approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the item was defective or incorrectly shipped.

5. Chargeback Policy

  • By placing an order on www.justmark.net, you agree that all transactions are final and governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy.
  • Initiating a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the issue with our support team at support@justmark.net is considered a violation of these terms.
  • We reserve the right to dispute all chargeback claims by providing proof of order fulfillment, delivery confirmation, and customer agreement to our return policy.
  • Customers who file fraudulent or repetitive chargebacks may be permanently banned from making future purchases.
  • Legal action may be pursued in cases of attempted fraud or misuse of payment systems.

6. Product Information & Availability

  • We strive to ensure all product descriptions, pricing, and availability are accurate. However, errors may occur.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or modify an order if a product becomes unavailable or is mispriced.
